I am Anyssa Black Queen—a wife, mother of two, and a woman of faith.

Every step of my journey has been guided by God’s grace, and I give Him

all the glory for the opportunities He has provided.

With over a decade of experience in various administrative capacities,

I have seen firsthand how success isn’t just about being the smartest

person in the room—it’s about leveraging resources, building systems, and

passing knowledge forward. Early in my career, I struggled with imposter

syndrome. As a Black woman from a small town, I often questioned whether

I belonged in high-level spaces, whether my voice was valuable, and whether

I could truly create an impact.

It wasn’t until I became an executive assistant, working closely with top leaders, that I uncovered a powerful truth: big companies and influential people succeed because they maximize their resources and apply strategic thinking—not because they are inherently more intelligent than others. Once I embraced this mindset, I learned more, grew more, and attracted more resources than I ever imagined.​​

That realization led me to create Life By Design Business Solutions—a company built to empower entrepreneurs, visionaries, and leaders who, like me, may have once felt like imposters due to their race, gender, religion, creed, or background. I know there are countless brilliant, talented individuals whose gifts are buried under administrative struggles, compliance confusion, and the overwhelming details of running a business. My mission is to help them clear the path, structure their vision, and step fully into their potential.
